by person dispossessed of → বেদখলকৃত ব্যক্তির দ্বারা / যাকে বেদখল করা হয়েছে
immoveable property → স্থাবর সম্পত্তি

Sentence 1

If any person is dispossessed → যদি কোনো ব্যক্তি বেদখল হয় / দখলচ্যুত হয়
without his consent → তার সম্মতি ছাড়া
of immoveable property → স্থাবর সম্পত্তি থেকে
otherwise than in due course of law → আইনসম্মত প্রক্রিয়া ব্যতীত / আইনের যথাযথ প্রক্রিয়া ছাড়া
, he or any person claiming through him may → তবে তিনি বা তার মাধ্যমে অধিকার দাবি করা কোনো ব্যক্তি পারবে
by suit → মামলার দ্বারা
recover possession thereof → উক্ত সম্পত্তির দখল পুনরুদ্ধার করতে
, notwithstanding any other title → অন্য কোনো স্বত্ব/অধিকার থাকা সত্ত্বেও

to establish his title to such property → উক্ত সম্পত্তির উপর তার স্বত্ব প্রতিষ্ঠা করার জন্য
and to recover possession thereof → এবং তার দখল পুনরুদ্ধারের জন্য।

No suit under this section → এই ধারার অধীনে কোনো মামলা
shall be brought against the Government → সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে দায়ের করা যাবে না।

No appeal shall lie → কোনো আপিল গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না / করা যাবে না
from any order or decree → কোনো আদেশ বা ডিক্রির বিরুদ্ধে
passed in any suit instituted under this section → যা এই ধারার অধীনে দায়েরকৃত মামলায় প্রদান করা হয়েছে
, nor shall any review → এবং কোনো পুনর্বিবেচনা (রিভিউ) ও করা যাবে না
